Log an Incident here…
Use this form to record municipality (ELM) related incidents on the spot, e.g. when you are driving down the road, spotting a fallen tree, a new pothole, a burst water pipe, etc.; just pull over and launch this App to record the details and log the incident. Please observe the following notes:
- Only incidents located within the Emfuleni Area can be recorded. Any attempt to log an incident outside the Emfuleni Area will fail.
- This App must only be used for incidents relating to ELM, and nothing else.
NOTE: This App is in beta-release, which means that we are releasing it to only selected individuals for final testing purposes. If you find any issues, please contact me at gerhard@erpa.co.za and be as descriptive with the issues as possible.
