The ERPA website is continually being maintained with a view to improve the End-user experience and to bring in new functionality and tools, to assist you, the Ratepayer and Resident of Emfuleni, in our collective plight against a distressed and dysfunctional municipality.
To this end, we are pleased to announce the following changes:
In our quest to provide a form that Subscribers can use to request the ELM to send their accounts via email, we collaborated with the ELM Accounts Department, who requested additional Subscriber information to be provided. A few additional fields were therefore added to Profiles, summarized as follows;
Registered Owner – Here we differentiate between property Owners and Tenants
Registration/Identification – Company registration (if the property is registered in a company name) or RSA/Passport IDs
Electricity Metering – Type and serial number of electricity meters installed (or None if no meter is installed).
NOTE 1: You are requested to update your profile in My Profile / Home and clicking the Update/Edit Profile button. Please do this at your very earliest convenience, as these changes will be incorporated into the Dispute (and other) forms in due course.
The ‘Request to Email ELM Accounts’ form is now added to the Forms page, which you may use as of today.
NOTE 2: This form will not work unless you have updated your Profile first.
Over the next couple of months, we will be working hard to improve, enhance and extend functionality that will enable you to work with the systems.
